GREETINGS:

You and each of you are hereby notified that the above named Plaintiff has filed his Complaint against you, and each of you, in the District Court of Rio Arriba County, New Mexico; that the general object of said suit is to quiet the fee simple title of the Plaintiff in and to certain property located near El Rito, New Mexico and generally described as:

A certain tract of land within the Juan Jose Lobato Grant, lying and being situate in Section 11, Township 24 North, Range 7 East, of the New Mexico Principal Meridian, comprising a portion of Small Holding Claim 834, Tract 1 and Small Holding Claim 680, Tract 1, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:

BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said tract, marked by a set rebar with plastic cap "PLS 5708", from whence a tie to the B.L.M brass cap marking the corner of Sections 10, 11, 14 and 15 bears S. 32° 20' 27" W., a distance of 2487.73 feet;

Thence from said beginning point, N. 02° 04; 57" W., a distance of 163.62 feet to a point marked by a set rebar with plastic cap "PLS 5708";

Thence N. 78° 07' 52" W., a distance of 36.03 feet to a point marked by a set rebar with plastic cap "PLS 5708";

Thence N. 15° 50' 07" E., a distance of 227.81 feet to a point marked by a set rebar with plastic cap "PLS 5708";

Thence N. 12° 16' 52" E., a distance of 64.14 feet to a point marked by a set rebar with plastic cap "PLS 5708";

Thence N. 20° 54' 36" E., a distance of 178.85 feet to a point marked by a set rebar with plastic cap "PLS 5708";

Thence N. 09° 32' 40" E., a distance of 57.08 feet to the northwest corner of said tract, marked by a set rebar with plastic cap "PLS 5708";

Thence N. 80° 22' 50" E., a distance of 31.92 feet to a point marked by a set rebar with plastic cap "PLS 5708";

Thence S. 11° 20' 12" E., a distance of 125.80 feet to a point marked by a set rebar with plastic cap "PLS 5708";

Thence S. 83° 41' 11" E., a distance of 129.40 feet to a point marked by a set rebar with plastic cap "PLS 5708";

Thence N. 76° 50' 46" E., a distance of 189.09 feet to the northeast corner of said tract, lying on the westerly right-of-way of State Road 215, marked by a set rebar with plastic cap "PLS 5708";

Thence along said westerly right-of-way, S. 37° 51' 43" E., a distance of 201.28 feet to a point marked by a set rebar with plastic cap "PLS 5708";

Thence S. 39° 01' 49" E., a distance of 204.02 feet to the southeast corner of said tract, marked by a set rebar with plastic cap "PLS 5708";

Leaving said westerly right-of-way, S. 78° 20' 13" W., a distance of 310.36 feet to point marked by a set rebar with plastic cap "PLS 5708";

Thence S. 16° 46' 34" E., a distance of 115.29 feet to the southeast corner of said tract, marked by a set rebar with plastic cap "PLS 5708";

Thence S. 78° 07' 13" W., a distance of 468.19 feet to the point of beginning, containing 6.5755 acres acres (268,428 square feet), more or less .

You and each of you are hereby notified that unless you enter your appearance in this cause on or before February 11, 2019, judgement will be rendered against you in this cause by default.
