INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Nambe Pueblo Housing Entity (NPHE) will receive bids for the following projects on the Nambe Indian Reservation, until 4:00 PM, MST Friday, May 14, 2021, at the NPHE Offices, located at #3 NP Oyegi Poe, Nambe Pueblo, NM 87506, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud:
1. Project 1 – roof repair on thirty-four (34) homes;
The bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Executive Director, Nambe Pueblo Housing Entity, and clearly marked “Bid for Project Roof Repair on 34 Homes” on the envelope. Bids may be delivered to #3 Oyegi Poe, Nambe Pueblo, NM 87506 or mailed to NPHE at 11 W. Gutierrez, Box 3456, Santa Fe, NM 87506, or faxed/e-mailed to the attention of “Executive Director” at (505) 455-7285 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
The subject line of the fax or e-mail must read: “Bid for Project 1 – Roof Repair Project”. DO NOT OPEN UNTIL Friday, May 14, 2021”.
Bidders may obtain copies of the bid packets at the NPHE Office by calling (505) 455-0158 or emailing email@example.com.
These projects are federally funded and subject to Davis-Bacon wage requirements. Indian Preference will also be applied in awarding the contracts. Bidders wishing to qualify for Indian preference must complete and submit the Indian Qualification Statement.
The successful bidders will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond or other satisfactory assurance of completion for any contract awarded over $250,000. NPHE may award a separate contract for each Project.
The General Bidder and all Subcontractors must be licensed by the State of New Mexico.
A pre-bid site inspection is scheduled for Friday, April 30, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. local time. Bids will not be accepted from bidders who do not attend the site inspection. Any questions after the pre-bid site inspection must be submitted in writing (by mail, fax, or email) to the Executive Director.
NPHE reserves the right to reject any and all bids whether the bids are within the estimated total budget or not; and to waive any informality in the bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the interest of NPHE.
No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days, subsequent to the opening of bids, without the written consent of NPHE.
