Santa Clara Pueblo Wastewater System Improvements – Southern Service Area Expansion in Santa Clara Pueblo, New Mexico 87532.

The Santa Clara Pueblo Special Projects Office is herein issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for solicitation of Professional Engineering and Technical Services to support SCP’s Special Projects & Safety of Dams office; providing professional and technical services in final design, bid administration, construction management and observation. The wastewater improvement project is located within Santa Clara Pueblo in Rio Arriba County. Project is approximately 2 miles south of Espanola, NM in Santa Clara Pueblo. A pre-proposal meeting will be on October 27, 2021 at 10:00AM via Zoom. You will need to request via email the link at least 24hours prior to the meeting. Attendance is mandatory.

Proposal Submittal Deadline. Request for competitive sealed proposal (RFP) will be received at the office of the SCP Special Projects & Safety of Dams (SP), Santa Clara Pueblo, 578 Kee Street, PO Box 580, Espanola, New Mexico 87532, by deadline of November 4, 2021 at 2:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time). Any and all proposals not received by the Proposed Submission Date shall be rejected and returned unopened. Santa Clara Pueblo retains the right to accept or reject any proposal for any reason.
