Moya and Gonzales were allegedly passengers in the car with Axel Zamarron, who allegedly fired a weapon at the vehicle Cameron Martinez, and the other victims were riding in. They also allegedly planned to help Zamarron and the other suspects destroy or hide evidence of the crime, specifically the Glock 45, the Colt 1911 and the Mac-11 that State Police say were used in the assault.

Zamarron was taken into custody by State Police, Sunday, at his home in the Española area.

State Police have also filed a criminal complaint against Savannah Martinez, 23, of Ohkay Owingeh, and a warrant has been issued for her arrest.
