Water ceremony

City of Española firefighters perform a traditional water ceremony in September 2019 before putting a new truck into the fleet. Fire Department officials asked the city council to approve a schedule that would include charging residences and businesses for false alarms to which the Department must respond. The city council will vote on the issue at its Nov. 10 meeting.
