From a press release

3/25/10

The state Highway Department plans to replace bridges on State Roads 111 and 519 in La Madera this month.

During most of construction, traffic will remain on the existing bridges until the new bridges are built.

The work is not expected to cause delays.

The project is being done because of the deteriorating conditions of the bridges, and will also include minor roadway safety improvements and drainage upgrades.

The work has an estimated cost of $2.4 million and is scheduled to be completed in October 2010.
