Woman Wants Invisible Husband Removed From Home

Take Him to the Drunk Tank

March 19

1:11 a.m. A person was throwing stuff all over 420 Emporia.

3:51 a.m. An East Solano Lane caller requested courtesy rounds in the area because the neighbor has scrap metal all over his yard.

10:44 a.m. A State Road 76 in Chimayó caller requested a welfare check on an elderly man wearing hospital clothes who was using a walker and walking on the road.

11:50 a.m. A Cook Street caller reported a woman keeps going to his house and saying everything there is hers.

12:20 p.m. A Pecos Valley Productions caller said a man in a truck ran into his fence and damaged it.

1:49 p.m. A Velarde caller reported her daughter called and told her there’s a man standing on their porch wearing a hospital bag.

2:59 p.m. A 12-year-old EspaƱola Middle School student threatened to slit his own throat.

3:21 p.m. A fire that was burning in a Hernandez ditch got away from the person conducting the burn and began spreading toward structures.

3:36 p.m. A Food King caller said a man jumped on her car and was pointing his phone as she was driving out.

4:04 p.m. A man in Hernandez was hitchhiking and stood in the middle of the road, trying to get vehicles to stop for him.

4:10 p.m. A pickup truck flipped on its side in AbiquiĆŗ.

4:27 p.m. A man on North Riverside Drive was unconscious but breathing. He was walking and just fell over.

6:46 p.m. A caller said her daughter-in-law called to ask her to phone 911 because her husband is drinking and being irate toward her. She’s afraid he will hear if she calls and she wants him put in the drunk tank.

7:29 p.m. A Camino del Sol caller reported three homeless people were walking into their backyard. One of the men was hitting himself across the back with a belt.

8:27 p.m. A caller requested a welfare check on a man who was slumped over in a wheelchair and unresponsive at San Pedro Sonic.

9:09 p.m. A Lotaburger caller said a woman was in the restroom and refusing to leave. They requested help in removing her because they were trying to close the restaurant.

10:51 p.m. A Calle Don Pedro caller wanted his son’s mother to leave. The woman was yelling in the background that she will stab or hit the man and she wants to be arrested.

Goats Gone Wild

March 20

1:13 a.m. A man at Goodwill reported he’d been stabbed in the chest and hand and he’s turning cold.

2:59 a.m. A woman who appeared to be on something was wandering around the Ohkay Casino parking lot.

6:13 a.m. An abandoned camping trailer was on fire on Delancey Street.

10:14 a.m. A concerned citizen reported someone was dumping substances in the field across from La Cocina. They said code enforcement went out but weren’t able to do anything because it’s tribal land.

11:01 a.m. AbiquiĆŗ Fire Department was put on standby because a man thought he found a pipe bomb on his property. The sheriff was contacted and said he was in a meeting but he’d head out after. New Mexico State Police confirmed it was a pipe bomb.

11:24 a.m. A student caught with a vape at McCurdy Charter School was trying to leave campus without permission.

11:26 a.m. A minor was in possession at EspaƱola Elementary.

11:49 a.m. A man who was trespassed from Walmart was being combative with security.

12:28 p.m. A West Calle Jose Pablo caller said two packages were delivered to the house and a woman is refusing to give them back to him.

12:34 p.m. A brush fire caught a cottonwood tree on fire on White Swan Road.

2:07 p.m. A woman was being disorderly and threatening employees at Triple S.

3:13 p.m. A student at McCurdy Charter School threatened another student and threatened to take a rifle to school.

4:25 p.m. An Ohkay Owingeh caller said she was doing laundry at a man’s house when he hit her in the face three times. The man called to say the woman keeps going to his house and harassing him by knocking on his door at all hours of the night.

4:32 p.m. A Walmart caller reported a man was dumpster diving.

4:43 p.m. A homeless man was piling items around the manhole in front of a house on Santo NiƱo Lane.

5:12 p.m. A woman said she was trying to get items out of her storage unit at F&A Zip Car wash, but a ā€œchunkyā€ woman with a ā€œfat faceā€ and a ā€œtall brown maleā€ were harassing her for money and not allowing her to get the items.

5:17 p.m. An Allsups caller reported sheep were running in the middle of the road and blocking traffic. A second caller said a goat by Corlett road was ramming cars.

5:47 p.m. A Lowe’s Home Improvement caller said she walked out of the store and her vehicle was gone. She called back and said she found it in the parking lot.

6:55 p.m. An abandoned house in Ohkay Owingeh was on fire.

7:15 p.m. A Rosehip Lane caller found needles in the ditch across from her property and wanted them to be picked up.

7:34 p.m. A Walmart caller reported a man was stealing tools and putting them in his pants.

7:44 p.m. A Medanales caller said a drunk woman on a motorcycle wrecked and she can’t get off the ground.

8:18 p.m. A Velarde caller reported a person is outside and it sounds like they’re breaking branches and her gate is moving. She said it appears they are looking at her children and she heard screaming from the field. She thinks it’s the same person who was walking around with a machete the other day.

9:15 p.m. A caller said his father is drunk driving near Holy Cross Cemetery.

11:04 p.m. A Camino Cielo Grande caller reported a man was being belligerent and yelling at her.

11:59 p.m. A Chimayó caller said the neighbor has been playing loud music and shooting guns all night.

Fire Bugs

March 21

12:11 a.m. An officer requested help with an entrapment that happened after a pursuit with New Mexico State Police.

3:13 a.m. A Walmart caller saw a woman yelling at a man at Murphy’s Express and is afraid the woman is being abused.

7:57 a.m. A Community School Road caller said their son is under the influence and leaving in his truck to bring home a homeless girl. The caller doesn’t want them there because they bring drugs and are in and out and the caller can’t sleep.

8:30 a.m. A caller was riding his UTV on 31 Mile Road and noticed an abandoned Toyota Highlander. The vehicle was reported as stolen.

11:30 a.m. A caller reported someone is burning in the ditch and they don’t have the perimeter of the fire set up and it’s going to spread if not contained. Also, the caller said all the workers were inhaling the smoke.

12:52 p.m. A Lucero Center caller reported two men appear to be throwing trash in the parking lot.

1:36 p.m. A Starbucks caller said a woman walked in and took cups and coffee and fled toward McDonald’s.

1:40 p.m A Chimayó caller reported her boyfriend has been in a psychotic episode for a week and is barricaded in the house with a gun and a rifle.

2 p.m. A Calle Quintana caller said a man is drunk and threatening to kill himself. He jumped out of a car on Coronado Avenue.

4:33 p.m. A man in a car in Ojo Sarco was passed out and having trouble breathing. The medics were canceled because the man was dead.

6:54 p.m. A TruNet Computer Technologies caller could see on his cameras that a window had been broken.

7:20 p.m. A VW Beetle was doing donuts in the church parking lot in Alcalde.

8:08 p.m. A Chimayó caller said two teenagers are starting a fire on their property and threatening them.

8:38 p.m. A Chimayó caller reported a woman threw a block through the truck window and stole a phone and tools from the truck.

9:42 p.m. A caller said a man was breaking branches and jumping into peoples yards on Fry Street and Old Hospital Road.

11:28 p.m. A Calle Redonda caller reported a man was holding a woman by the throat.

Underage Drinker

March 22

12:06 a.m. A man on Jiron Street requested an ambulance and said he needed to go to a detox center.

1:44 a.m. A Fairview Lane caller said a man found her purse after she hid it from him and he took items from the purse.

1:45 a.m. A Villa del Norte Apartments caller wants her husband, who is invisible, removed from her home.

8:11 a.m. At least one person was arrested on an outstanding warrant after an officer was dispatched to Kentucky Fried Chicken because people who were trespassed were there.

8:54 a.m. A Lindrith caller reported a man is at their home and has a history of stealing wood and other items from the caller.

10:44 a.m. A caller said there’s a fire behind the sewage treatment plant in EspanƵla.

2:02 p.m. A Velarde caller reported the neighbors were burning in the ditch and it got out of control.

2:03 p.m. A deputy was flagged down in Hernandez because someone was being harassed.

2:53 p.m. An AutoZone caller said a man and woman are behind the building and trying to fight with employees.

7:16 p.m. A man’s death was reported in Medanales.

7:57 p.m. A woman was walking through Walmart, cutting items open.

9:32 p.m. A 17-year-old was pulled over for DWI and his guardian was called.

10:26 p.m. A deputy was involved in a pursuit in Chamita and one man was detained.

Wrong Way to Hitch a Ride

March 23

7:52 a.m. A woman near the Bubble Zone said she’s five months pregnant and can see a foot coming out and has stomach pain. The baby was delivered but was deceased.

8:55 a.m. An Alcalde caller reported he’s disabled and being abused.

11:04 a.m. A caller requested a welfare check on an EspaƱola Valley High School student because the student said a few days ago that she tried to strangle herself and she did not show up to school.

3:53 p.m. An El Rito caller said he was riding on a side-by-side when a person brandished a rifle and was complaining about the noise and yelling at him to leave.

4:06 p.m. A man was trying to carjack someone near Walmart and got sprayed with pepper spray. The man ran off and officers were able to find him.

4:49 p.m. A Hernandez caller said her son is going at her and not letting her in the house. He’s been harassing her for a decade, but this is the first time she’s reported it.

4:59 p.m. An Alon caller reported a woman in a car at a gas pump was smoking drugs and is now nodding off.

6:52 p.m. A caller said a man was verbally sexual with the caller’s 6-year-old daughter.

7:28 p.m. A deputy was engaged in a pursuit in AbiquiĆŗ.

8:30 p.m. People in two vehicles were drinking in the Misión y Convento parking lot.

9:32 p.m. A Taos caller reported that an inmate kicked her several times before they were released and the guards were of no help because they were verbally abusive toward her.

11:28 p.m. A caller said a homeless woman tried to jump on her son’s car as he was leaving AutoZone.

March 24

5:36 a.m. A man sustained burns in a house fire in AbiquiĆŗ.

9:24 a.m. A report for assault was taken at Fairview Elementary.

9:26 a.m. A report for fraud was taken at the Rio Arriba Sheriff’s Office.

10:15 a.m. A woman who previously threw coffee at a manager at DNCU East was in the lobby.

10:19 a.m. A bag of white, powdery substance was found on one of the RTD Blue Buses.

11:44 a.m. A woman went to EspaƱola Police Department and reported she found a tracker on her vehicle. She said it’s happened before and he ex-husband put it there.

2:33 p.m. A Milagro Village Mobile Home Park caller said he’s receiving threats from his ex-girlfriend against whom he has a restraining order.

3:23 p.m. A man went to EPD to speak with an officer because his wife held him at gunpoint.

3:55 p.m. An Alcalde caller found his stolen trailer.

4:40 p.m. A Medanales caller reported a person flagged her down and said someone was after him.

6:14 p.m. A Hernandez caller heard six gunshots in the area.

6:17 p.m. A woman went into Allsups and said she may have been poisoned by fentanyl.

7:55 p.m. A Fish Pond Lane caller reported a man is violating a restraining order and won’t leave.

9:03 p.m. A Tierra Amarilla caller said his son and the son’s girlfriend were physically fighting.

Shots Fired

March 25

1:24 a.m. An overdose was reported on Camino Santa Cruz.

7:39 a.m. A Hernandez caller said a woman has been sending threatening messages and threatening to go to the caller’s house.

9:10 a.m. A Chamita caller reported a man was on his property and claimed his dogs were his, so he broke the lock to the kennel. He then told the caller today is the day he’s going to die and threatened to shoot him.

9:31 a.m. A caller requested a welfare check on a 12-year-old boy who hadn’t been in school for 40 days.

9:54 a.m. A caller reported a car was driving the wrong way on El Llano Road and Calle Redonda.

10:23 a.m. A Lindrith caller said her co-worker put hands on her because she didn’t want to share her weed. He told her he was going to put holes in her vehicle.

11:04 a.m. A caller reported a ma and woman were having an argument at Walmart.

11:17 a.m. A caller thought two guys were stealing electrical wire from North McCurdy Road and El Llano Road.

12:52 p.m. A parent threatened a student at Coronado High School. The mother sent a Snapchat photo of her pointing a gun at the student’s house.

1:08 p.m. A caller who delivers meals to seniors requested a welfare check on a man in Chimayó who didn’t pick up his food yesterday; it was in the same spot. The man was found dead in his home.

2:49 p.m. A woman was passed out on the porch at EspaƱola Pathways Shelter. The caller didn’t think it was drug-related because she’s not known to do drugs.

3:37 p.m. A man was passed out by the Park and Ride bus shelter on South Paseo de OƱate.

3:59 p.m. Five people were fighting in front of ALC Global.

4:23 p.m. A school bus was honking and speeding near County Road 100 and State Road 76 in Chimayó.

6:41 p.m. A man’s death was reported in El Rito.

6:59 p.m. A Velarde Lane caller said a person on an ATV was threatening them; they had a gun but didn’t brandish it.

11:27 p.m. A caller reported his wife is in the hospital and on her death bed and he wants to speak with an officer because the medical staff won’t let him see her.
