Mayordomo Threatened Over Ditch Schedule

Acting Loony

March 26

12:17 a.m. A Chama caller said someone is near his truck and he sleeps in it. He said the people near the truck are saying they want to take it from him.

1:43 a.m. A Domino’s caller sent an employee home, but he went back and was trying to break into the restaurant.

6 a.m. A man who had been beat up went to Speedway and was outside complaining of rib and stomach pain.

8:18 a.m. A Dixon Community Center caller wanted to file a report for a stolen bench.

8:48 a.m. An officer was dispatched to EspaƱola Valley High School for an assault.

10:13 a.m. A caller wanted to report a sexual assault at Mesa Vista High School. They said a janitor is constantly trying to put his hands down a student’s shirt.

10:33 a.m. A caller reported seeing a white bag at Santo NiƱo Lane and State Road 76, that looks like it has brain matter in it. The responding officer could not find any bags in the road.

10:46 a.m. A Calle de Pajarito caller wanted to file a report because his house was burglarized and his medication was stolen.

12:15 p.m. A Hernandez caller said two men were fighting. One of the men said he was jumped and accused of trying to break into a camper trailer.

12:16 p.m. A Lumberton caller reported a work truck was on his property yesterday and the driver was flying a drone on his property.

12:41 p.m. A Chimayó Rocks caller said a man was banging on the building and yelling.

7:15 p.m. A Chamita caller wanted to file a report because her new phone was delivered to the wrong house.

7:45 p.m. A caller wanted to report a woman for breaking a restraining order. He also said she has a lot of drugs on her and she’s still at his house, acting loony.

9:27 p.m. An EspaƱola Hospital caller wanted to file a report because a juvenile jumped out of a moving vehicle on La Joya Street and a passerby took them to the emergency room.

9:29 p.m. A Chama caller said former tenants snuck into the house, were doing drugs and started a small fire inside.

11:45 p.m. A Velarde caller reported his neighbors are taking cars from his yard. He said he was doing a walking game and possible won a vehicle but couldn’t describe it. The dispatcher noted he sounded drunk and wasn’t making sense.

Lurking in Chimayó

March 27

2:18 a.m. An Allsups caller said a man and woman in a car were waving a gun and tried to rob them.

6:10 a.m. A Tierra Amarilla caller wanted a deputy to talk to a person because they had their sprinklers on and there’s a sprinkler ban.

6:31 a.m. An Alcalde caller said a man carrying a couple of jackets went to his house and claimed he is a Santa Fe police officer.

10:47 a.m. A Chamita caller reported her 11-year-old and 10-year-old left with her 12-year-old daughter after the caller spanked her.

11:47 a.m. A caller said they were in a vehicle collision with the EspaƱola Fire chief.

2:24 p.m. A Walgreens caller reported a dumpster fire behind Walgreens.

2:37 p.m. An Ohkay Express Mart caller said a man asked her for money and stole her diamond earring.

3:22 p.m. A Vista del Valle caller found a bullet hole on the roof of his shed.

4:41 p.m. A caller requested a welfare check on a man on County Road 88 and State Road 76 because he was asked if he needed help and the man said yes.

5:26 p.m. An Ohkay Owingeh caller said his tires were slashed.

6:30 p.m. A North Riverside Drive caller reported someone shot out one of her vehicle’s windows with a BB gun.

6:58 p.m. An EspaƱola Hospital caller said someone in a car is fighting with staff.

7:04 p.m. A Tierra Amarilla caller reported a woman is yelling at children after breaking into a house and threatening people.

7:05 p.m. A Walmart caller said someone took her wallet and phone and security has it on camera.

7:24 p.m. A Lighthouse Church in Chimayó reported a vehicle went off the road, hit a light pole and went into the ditch.

8:35 p.m. Five callers said a man with a flashlight was in the middle of the road, trying to get someone’s attention. The man told a deputy he was trying to get a ride to Dulce but couldn’t.

9:01 p.m. A man was bothering employees at Walgreens.

9:17 p.m. A Chimayó caller heard gunshots and said a vehicle was lurking.

9:56 p.m. An overdose was reported in Cordova. Two doses of Narcan were administered.

10:02 p.m. According to Zia units, a person in a vehicle was reportedly selling drugs near Goodwill.

Stuck in the Store

March 28

Midnight A Vista Los Cerros caller heard two shots.

12:11 a.m. An Ohkay Casino caller said there’s a party at which underage boys may have a gun.

1:13 a.m. A Days Inn caller reported a man was yelling and is now in his vehicle and has been honking the horn for the past hour.

6:57 a.m. An Oliver’s General Store caller said a man appears to be starting boxes on fire near the road.

8:04 a.m. A fatality was reported as the result of a motorcycle accident in Chama.

9:06 a.m. A vehicle rollover was reported in Tierra Amarilla.

9:54 a.m. An Ohkay Casino caller requested an officer meet them at the front desk because two underage children found a handgun in the hotel room they were in.

10:50 a.m. An SUV went off the road on State Road 76 in Chimayó and was suspended in the air by three tires.

11:30 a.m. A Velarde caller reported a flat screen TV was missing from his house.

1:03 p.m. A Speedway caller said people in a car headed toward Hernandez stole $60. The caller said he was going to lend the woman in the car some money for alcohol or drugs, but she took the money instead.

1:35 p.m. An Ohkay Laundromat caller reported some customers were being disorderly and disrespectful.

1:39 p.m. A Santa Cruz Post Office caller said a man was throwing gang signs at her and her husband and made a threatening motion toward them by making finger guns.

3 p.m. A Velarde caller hit his mother on the head after asking her for a ride to the dispensary.

5:04 p.m. An Alcalde caller said she’s had an ongoing dispute with the neighbor for a few months and he said he’s going to get his girlfriend to come beat her up. The neighbor called to say an SUV pulled into the drive and someone started a fight.

5:37 p.m. A Little Caesar’s caller reported six people are at her vehicle door, asking for money.

6:45 p.m. A woman in a room at the Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs had blood on her face.

7:51 p.m. A Lyden caller said someone in a truck shot at him and kept driving by his house.

8:20 p.m. A State Road 369 caller reported her husband his hitting her.

10:26 p.m. A Family Dollar in Chimayó caller said someone might be locked in the store.

11:19 p.m. A Lopez Lane caller reported a pack of dogs keeps going into her yard and scratching her expensive vehicles.

Doing Crazy Things

March 29

2:06 a.m. A South Riverside Drive caller said a teen girl was hiding in the bushes and it appeared that she was hiding from someone.

2:44 a.m. A caller requested an escort home because she’s had death threats.

3:08 a.m. A Thorton Lane caller reported a possibly drunk man was walking into people’s yards and yelling at their dogs.

6:40 a.m. A man’s death was reported in Hernandez.

8:01 a.m. A person was passed out in a car in El Guique.

11:56 a.m. A Chamita caller said a man lit an old RV camper trailer on fire. The responding deputy said it was trash, not a camper.

11:57 a.m. A bicycle was stolen from the Ohkay Travel Center.

12:34 p.m. A man was running around Food King screaming and refusing to leave.

1:16 p.m. An overdose was reported on Calle Olivas. Narcan was administered.

2:18 p.m. An overdose was reported on County Road 92 in Chimayó. Four doses of Narcan were administered.

4:05 p.m. A State Road 369 caller wanted to speak with an officer because he’s the legal guardian of a teen who’s doing drugs and he wants to know what his options are.

5:04 p.m. A Burger King caller said a homeless man was throwing rocks at them.

5:15 p.m. A Goodwill caller reported homeless people are sitting in front of their big truck, arguing and doing ā€œcrazyā€ things.

6:59 p.m. A Dixon caller said the acequia mayordomo showed up drunk to their house and was being disorderly.

8:55 p.m. A ma was fighting at a house on Jackrabbit Trail.

What’s in That Weed?

March 30

8:21 a.m. A Santa Claran Casino Hotel security guard said a man was punched at the casino last night and he wants to file a report.

9:22 a.m. A Chimayó caller reported someone is stealing yard signs. The responding deputy said there was no theft. The homeowners were unhappy because they’re in violation of county codes and state ordinances.

10:05 a.m. A Chimayó caller reported a conex box was broken into and power tools and a fuel can were taken.

10:15 a.m. A Vallecitos mayordomo said a man is threatening him because he doesn’t like the ditch schedule.

11:10 a.m. A Vista del Rio Apartment caller reported a woman is arguing with the caller and her brother.

1:04 p.m. Minors at EspaƱola Valley High School were in possession.

1:05 p.m. An officer said during a traffic stop at Century Bank, the person’s sisters tried to get in the man’s vehicle and drive off.

1:39 p.m. A Hernandez caller reported a woman in a sweat suit started dancing in the middle of the road and walking in front of traffic.

1:39 p.m. A Hernandez caller said a woman was running across the road and dancing on the side of the road.

1:41 p.m. A woman was inside the T-Mobile store and was yelling at employees.

1:56 p.m. A Po Pay Avenue caller said someone slashed her tires yesterday.

4:17 p.m. A West Montana Vista caller reported the neighbor pulled a handgun on him, broadened his shoulders and pulled the hammer back.

4:36 p.m. A Little Caesar’s caller said five homeless people were threatening her and one of her employees.

4:44 p.m. A woman fell over unconscious near the Giant.

6:12 p.m. A Velarde caller reported a man keeps going to her yard and she tells him to leave, but he won’t.

6:18 p.m. A Velarde caller said a man hit another man in the face.

6:20 p.m. An El Llano Road caller reported the neighbor has a power cord going to their house from the caller’s house and doesn’t have permission to do so.

8:45 p.m. An overdose was reported on Camino del Sol. Narcan was administered and it was reported that the woman smoked weed that was laced.

9:24 p.m. A Carr Lane caller said a drunk woman was in her front yard and was yelling.

No Free Ice Cream

March 31

12:57 a.m. A stolen vehicle was found in Coyote.

4:31 a.m. A Calle del Rio caller said her nephew hit her.

8:01 a.m. An Apache Street caller reported someone was in their grandmother’s room.

10:22 a.m. A man fled from the police after a Dairy Queen caller said he stole ice cream from the cooler.

10:59 a.m. An overdose was reported at EspaƱola Pathways Shelter. Three doses of Narcan were administered.

3:41 p.m. A DNCU East caller said a woman tried to cash a bad check for $525. She got in a car and is was trying to push it to the road.

4:13 p.m. A Medanales caller reported his father’s gun was stolen from the house.

5:29 p.m. A man’s death was reported on Sandy Lane.

7:28 p.m. A Chimayó caller said he was play-fighting with his cousin and his dad hit him in the chest. He doesn’t think his father should put his hands on him.

10:42 p.m. A Days Inn caller reported someone was stabbed.

Ice Cold Solicitation

April 1

8:21 a.m. A man in the emergency room as being combative.

8:43 a.m. A Bridge to Health caller said seven people were using needles outside the building.

9:02 a.m. A caller reported the driver of a pickup truck was slamming the brakes and trying to cut other drivers off before pulling into the old Tacos y Salsa.

9:09 a.m. A Lower San Pedro Road caller said a drumset was delivered and stolen from their yard.

9:12 a.m. A Calle Loma caller reported a purse was stolen from a vehicle.

9:29 a.m. An overdose was reported at the Magistrate Court. One dose of Narcan was administered.

12:38 p.m. An overdose was reported on Brown Street.

12:54 p.m. A student at EspaƱola Middle School had a knife.

12:57 p.m. A Dixon mayordomo said a man was trying to keep him from accessing the acequia. Another man went to the property and threatened and pushed the caller.

4:37 p.m. An overdose was reported at the Dollar General in Hernandez. A man went into the store to ask for Narcan.

5:27 p.m. A Food King caller said a man parked near the ice machine is trying to solicit prostitutes.

6:06 p.m. A Calle Senaida caller reported a man was on his way to her house to harm her daughter and the woman’s newborn baby.

9:20 p.m. An overdose was reported in Coyote.

9:57 p.m. A caller requested a welfare check on a 1-year-old child because the parents are on drugs.
