PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE: is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be conducted by the Rio Arriba County Board of County Commission, to consider a request by applicant New Mexico River Adventures Inc (Matthew Gontram) Conditional Use Permit 2022-018. The applicant is seeking approval from Rio Arriba County for a new Rafting Center in Rinconada NM. The proposed rafting center is to be located at 2273 STATE RD 68 in Embudo, NM 87531.

The public hearing has been scheduled for the following date, time and location: Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at 10:00am in the Commission Chambers at 1122 Industrial Park Rd, Espanola, NM 87532. Public comments may also be heard by submitting a written comment to the Rio Arriba County Planning and Zoning Department 1122 Indusrial Park Rd. Espanola, NM 87532.

This notice is given pursuant to and in full compliance with Section 8.04 Due Notice Ordinance 2012-001.
