You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiffs has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object and purpose of which as described in the Complaint is to quiet title exclusively in the Plaintiffs to the following described real property:

Tract B as depicted in the Plat of Survey for Perfecto Esquibel within the Tierra Amarilla Grant, in the Vicinity of Nutrias, Rio Arriba Count, New Mexico, filed with County Clerk of Tierra Amarilla County as Instrument No. 158702, Book Q-137, Page 6267, on June 11, 1999.

Unless you serve a pleading or motion in response to the Complaint in this cause on or before 30 days after the last publication date, judgment by default in this action may be entered against you and Plaintiff will seek the relief demanded in the legal action.
