Española Mayor John Ramon Vigil takes the floor to show pride in his community during Española Day at the Roundhouse at the New Mexico State Capitol. Besides him stands Española City Manager Jordan Yutzy, Española City Clerk Debbie Garcia, Española Police Chief Mizel Garcia and Española Fire Chief Johnny Martinez.
